Amir B. is one of Allshore’s hard working Dedicated Team Leads. Lance Dockins, his current client, praised him by saying, “I can give Amir a sentence of instruction and he will correctly interpret three books worth of meaning out of that sentence. He’s one of the few people I have ever met that can do that.” Houston Molinar, who also works with Amir, told us “Amir is a pleasure to work with. He never ceases to amaze me with his “can-do” attitude and his vast knowledge of multiple technologies! To say Amir is a valuable asset to our company would be understating his true value to us. He truly is our superstar!”

How do you feel about your time working with the company? Any thoughts you’d like to share with us?

I have really enjoyed my time with this company since I joined. I found this company’s atmosphere very friendly compared to others in which I had already worked. Basically, I have learned a lot staying in this company. No doubt, this company provides you the kind of environment in which you can boost your knowledge and learning skills.

Have you worked with local clients before, or any clients not in the U.S?

I have worked with local and non-US clients as well.

Have you noticed any differences between working with local and U.S. clients?

Local clients don’t understand the IT field much in comparison to western clients. Sometimes they think that developing a website is just a piece of cake and you can do it in just a few minutes.

So Amir, tell me what your favorite is of each of these: movie, food, and color.

Mostly, I like to watch action movies, but for my favorite I will go with Terminator 2. In food, I like Chicken Biryani which is a local dish made of rice and chicken with lots of spices. My favorite color is yellow.

What do you like to do in your free time away from work?

I like to watch movies, play video games, play cricket and spend some time with my family, especially with my sweet little daughter.

How old is she?

She is almost 28 months old.

Tell me about the rest of your family.

My family consists of my mother, wife, sister and daughter. This is my whole world.

How long have you been married for?

I got married on December 1, 2011.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If got a chance to, then I would like to visit Mecca and Medina to perform Hajj (pilgrimage) with my whole family.

If you could have a super hero power, what would it be?

I would like to have the power to bring peace and brotherhood in the whole world. You can call me PEACE MAN!

Amir taught himself WordPress, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Asia. He also built the site for the official State Fair of Oklahoma. The three items he never leaves home without are his wallet, cellphone, and, of course, his pants.
